Registration process

The registration will be confirmed, when the full payment is received. If the payment is not made within 10 days, the registration will be cancelled automatically.

How and when to pay

Payments using the bank transfer will be possible only until 15 August. After this date you can only pay by credit card or on-site. The invoice will be issued immediately after registering. If you do not receive an email with a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact the conference secretariat at eaap2017@publicon.ee

On-site 

Participants must register at the Registration Desk upon arrival at the Conference. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation.

In case of errors in your provided info

It is a personal responsibility of a participant that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors.

Cancellation policy

Registrations cancelled before 10 June 2017: full refund of registration fee, except handling fee (60€).

Registrations cancelled before 31 July 2017: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

Registrations cancelled after 31 July 2017: no refund.

Cancellation requests must identify the participant's name, e-mail address, amount paid and bank details for a refund (if cancelled before 31 July). Please send your cancellation request to the conference secretariat at eaap2017@publicon.ee.


General info

Loss or damage

Local organisers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal items of the delegates, accompanying persons, or exhibitors or injury.

Travel, visa and insurance

Delegates are responsible for their own insurance including health insurance and visas. We can provide letters of invitation but cannot help get visas. Please note that all non-EU citizens are asked to contact their local embassies for specific requirements. All foreign citizens entering Estonia must have a valid passport or a national ID card. Up-to-date information on required documents and tourist information is offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and can be found on the www.vm.ee/en
